As Childcare providers it is important for us to maintain healthy environments for the children in our care! Use this booklet at your center’s entrance, on the front counter, classroom entrances or wherever you will be taking temperatures. You have enough pages for the entire month. Duplicate them as needed. I typically create a new log for each month to make it easier for my recordkeeping.
You will not receive a product in the mail. This Logbook is digital and will require you to download it to your computer. Your download will be available to you for 5 days.
